Restaurant Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of high volume management experience
• Knowledge of food safety and liquor standards
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Point of Sale (POS) and HotSchedules
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Strong people skills, a willingness to learn, and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
