Job Description
Child and Family Focus is hiring a Mental Health Case Manager in Chester County! The First Episode Psychosis program uses a Coordinated Specialty Care approach to support young people experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or a related field
- One or more years of direct clinical experience in mental health services working with children, youth and families
- Maintain valid driver's license and the ability to travel in your own vehicle to off site locations as required by caseload
