Job Description
This position is responsible for providing supportive care to identified children with mental health diagnoses and their families in Bucks County, including service planning, case management, and coordination of services.
Requirements
- 12 credits in coursework related to Human Services, Psychology or related field
- One or more years of direct clinical experience working with children, youth and families
- Ability to manage a varied work schedule Monday-Friday between 8:30am - 8:30pm, including 3 required evenings per week
