Job Description
We are seeking a Benefits & LOA Manager to join our team at CCRC. As a workplace of choice for passionate talent, we pride ourselves on cultivating child, family, and community well-being. This role will perform various responsibilities, including leaves of absence, ADA/FEHA accommodation administration, workers' compensation, and team leadership & operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in LOA, ADA/FEHA, and workers' compensation administration
- Advanced advisory, lead, or supervisory experience
- Ability to travel in CA (minimal)
- Ability to drive (optional)
