The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, compliance, and data analysis, and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Strong understanding of U.S. benefits compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing self-insured medical and dental plans
- Strong expertise in leave of absence regulations (FMLA, ADA, state programs)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, trend analysis)
- Strong analytical storytelling skills
