Requirements
- Master's Degree required in Public Heath, Behavioral Science, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in care coordination and case management for focal population
- Licensed clinician in the state of California (LCSW, LMFT, LCP ) in good standing with the licensing board
