ECM Supervisor

The ECM Supervisor will perform responsibilities such as program oversight and supervision, documentation and compliance, and program operations and collaboration.

Requirements

• Master's Degree required in Public Heath, Behavioral Science, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in care coordination and case management for focal population
• Licensed clinician in the state of California (LCSW, LMFT, LCP ) in good standing with the licensing board
