Job Description
The Child Development Institute is hiring an IT Support Specialist on a two-year contract. The role involves providing technical support for systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms, and ensuring stability, security, and accessibility. The successful candidate will be part of a digital transformation project and will have the opportunity to broaden and deepen their experience in cloud services, automation, and enterprise support.
Requirements
- Reporting to the Manager, IT Support Services
- Providing day-to-day technical support across multiple programs and locations
- Troubleshooting issues, supporting infrastructure and cloud platforms, and maintaining end-user devices
- Administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and SharePoint environments
- Building automation using PowerShell and contributing to a long-term cloud strategy
- Overseeing device and access lifecycle management
- Strengthening documentation, adoption, and change management
