Job Description
As a Medical Social Worker - Endocrinology at Children's, you will provide professional social work services for patients and families in assigned areas of the hospital/clinics. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide patient education, and advocate for access to mental health and community resources. You will also provide crisis/supportive counseling and coaching to patients/families, and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure a team-based approach and effective continuum of care.
