The Process Engineer I/II is responsible for defining, optimizing, and implementing best-in-class manufacturing technologies across dairy processing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or related Engineering discipline
- 1+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or a similar environment
- Exposure to hygienic or food-grade processing systems (dairy experience is a plus but not required)
- Basic understanding of processing equipment such as pumps, piping systems, heat exchangers, or similar systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions
