We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Senior Automation Engineer to develop, implement, and administer our outstanding controls Ethernet network. The ideal candidate will have a wide array of programming and controls engineering skills, and be a highly effective troubleshooter and team player.
Requirements
- 6+ years of electrical, controls, and automation experience or a bachelor's degree in a technical field coupled with 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven history of programming project management
- Overall high-performance evaluation
- Expertise in crafting and implementing complex automation solutions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Mentor and train technicians effectively
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Advanced knowledge PLC and HMI programming
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Strong cross-functional exposure / experience
- Highly client-centric and can build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Balance multiple priorities at once
- Proficient with reporting systems such as Retail Link, IRI and AC Nielsen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in SQL database design, implementation, and optimization
- Willingness to travel
