The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Specialist, Engineering & R&D is a high-impact role responsible for leading recruitment strategy and execution across Chobani's Engineering & R&D organizations. This role will partner closely with engineering, product development, and technical leadership teams to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across all levels of the businessâfrom early-career to senior technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on engineering, technical, or R&D recruiting in Food/Beverage/FMCG Manufacturing.
- Proven experience building proactive engineering and technical talent pipelines.
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with senior leaders across technical functions.
- Expertise with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and modern recruiting technologies.
- Experience in process improvement, project leadership, and data-driven recruiting strategies.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work across multiple functions in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Ability to travel between 50-75% of the time if not able to relocate to Twin Falls, Idaho.
