Job Description
The Director, Industrial Asset Management will lead the Asset Management team to enhance the financial and operational performance of assets, identifying risks and opportunities, and develop strategies and financial models for each asset and region. The primary goal is to enhance property value while exhibiting traits of an authentic leader.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in asset management and leasing experience
- Minimum of two years' People leadership experience
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of property analytics and cash flows
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills
- Keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong technical skills and experience with Power BI and MS Excel
- Valid drivers' license and access to reliable transportation
- Demonstrated actions aligned with Choice's CORE values
