Job Description
GWLRA is a leader in commercial and multi-residential real estate industries, seeking a Director, Asset Management to oversee an office portfolio in the GTA, working alongside the Asset Management and Leasing teams.
Requirements
- Act as liaison with internal teams to establish and execute on property management and leasing strategies
- Prepare and communicate quarterly and annual reports, budgets, and business plans to senior management, Portfolio Management, and/or external clients
- Participate in the acquisition, disposition, development, and renovations of new and existing properties
- Oversee the monthly or quarterly internal and external valuation and reporting requirements utilizing Argus Enterprise software
- Develop operating and expense budgets for both specific assets as well as the overall region
- Develop and implement long-term capital project plans
- Develop, coach, and motivate a high-performance team
- Represent GWLRA as an active participant within the real estate sector
