We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process while strengthening the company’s overall hiring strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within agency or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exposure to remote or global hiring environments.
- Experience improving recruitment processes or building talent pipelines.
