Requirements

• Assess patient/family needs and provide supportive care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary group to develop comprehensive plan of care
• Provide Hospice Services nursing care based on systematic assessment focusing on pain control and symptom management
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management
