Job Description
Join us at Affinis Hospice, a non-profit organization known for providing the highest level of care in our communities. As RN Administrator for Hospice Services, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating all clinical and administrative operations for the Hospice Services Location.
Requirements
- Directs the daily clinical and administrative activities of the Hospice Program
- Provides leadership, direction, and supervision for the Hospice staff
- Ensures compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and Georgia State Regulations
- Develops hospice goals and objectives under the direction of the Governing Body
- Conducts ongoing community hospice needs assessment
- Assists in the negotiation and coordination of contractual agreements
- Establishes and maintains physician relationships
- Provides information to and serves as liaison between physicians, community agencies, and other organizations
