- Primarily works backlog and call-back tickets
- Supports customers encountering technical problems
- Accurately documents resolutions and maintains confidentiality
- Responsible for user account management
- Assists in the creation of departmental documentation
- Participates in an on-call rotation
- Seeks to improve the customer experience
- Responsible for ongoing pursuit of knowledge
- Promotes the image and reputation of the System
- Contributes to the work of committees and collaborative efforts
