Assistant Restaurant Manager

CEC Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a team and create a high-energy, high-reward environment at their family entertainment center. The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate their team to deliver outstanding guest service.

Requirements

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact and complete a rotation in each of the four areas: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
