Job Description
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of our organization's volunteer program, including recruitment, placement, and orientation of volunteers, as well as overseeing the donation center.
Requirements
- Associates' Degree or equivalent experience in the volunteer/non-profit field.
- A minimum of two years of previous non-profit, community engagement, or volunteer organization experience preferred.
- Excellent technical language skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, Zoom, etc.; Experience or capacity for technology related to presentations and meetings.
- Able to receive direction and independently follow tasks through with minimum supervision.
- Must have valid Oregon Driver's license; must have been a licensed driver for at least 2 years; must have a driving record that permits coverage under C@P's company insurance.
