We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead account growth and portfolio strategy for a global Medical Devices enterprise. This role is laser-focused on business development, building executive relationships, and expanding our footprint by translating business challenges into technology-enabled solutions.
Requirements
- Own the account growth agenda: develop and execute a growth plan, build pipeline, and close new programs/projects within the client.
- Cultivate senior relationships across business (e.g., commercial, supply chain, quality, operations) and IT; become a trusted advisor on Medical Devices challenges and opportunities.
- Lead discovery and shaping: diagnose business problems, frame value cases, and define solution approaches that connect domain needs with modern technology (data, cloud, digital platforms, AI/automation).
- Build executive-ready narratives: business cases, ROI models, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned to regulatory and quality requirements typical of MedTech.
- Represent CI&T thought leadership in Medical Devices: market trends, product lifecycle, post-market surveillance, digital manufacturing, connected devices, service/repair, and supply chain.
