The Growth and Partnerships Associate role drives the sales cycle in the assigned regional team, generating new prospects, engaging with prospects, forging strong relationships, and winning new K12 clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ years B2B sales experience
• Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
• Exposure to the Higher Education sector within the University or Career Counselor Community or similar Ed-tech companies
• Proven track record of cold calling and prospecting to create new leads
• Ability to close deals virtually
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Highly organised and goals-driven
• Interest in joining a fast-growing education technology startup
• Coachable and values feedback
• Proficiency with Excel and Sales CRM (Salesforce, etc)
