Senior Facilities Technician - St. Louis, MO

CIC St. Louis is looking for a full-time Senior Facilities Technician to join our team. The role is responsible for executing preventative maintenance programs and performing responsive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient building operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 5 years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting
• EPA 608 certification or equivalent HVAC experience
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a range of standard office equipment
