Associate Field Service Engineering

We are looking for graduates to take up the exciting and meaningful responsibility of Associate Field Service Engineering and contribute to the latest networking technologies.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement networking solutions that meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and trends.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Automate day-to-day tasks by scripting (Python, etc.).
• Experience in software upgrade management.
• Develop and execute network plans for carrying out new network rollouts or augmentation of networks.
• Troubleshoot reported issues from the network and drive resolutions with customer and engineering teams.
• Automation of configurations using automation tools and frameworks.
• Work closely with engineers and PMs across teams to ensure timely and quality customer delivery.
• Coordinate activities with North American engineering teams as needed.
• Attend acceptance test plans, Functional Specifications, and script reviews.
• Go through different RFCs and standards (ITU-T, IEEE, etc.).
• Working knowledge of MS Office tool suite (Word, Excel, power point), and working with large data sets (sorting, filtering, graphing).
• Understanding of automation script is an asset.
