Job Description
The Food Captain is a food category expert responsible for ensuring all food operational execution in store are followed to maximize sales and reduce waste. They train, teach, and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization, and customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalate
- Experience in training, leadership, team building
- Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or NRFSP)
- Strong communication skills in English and French (Quebec Provinces)
