Job description
The Manufacturing Engineer is the primary technical interface to the Manufacturing Partner site and is accountable for driving both Operational Excellence and Factory Excellence. Position requires strong knowledge on PCBA manufacturing operations and SMT technology roadmap.
Supports manufacturing engineering functions at the manufacturing sites, including leading daily support of products and tools, supporting NPI launch and sustaining products, and analyzing data for quality and process control.
Requires strong communication skills, ability to work under high pressure, and lead and inspire change in a cross-functional team environment.
