Job Description
We are currently opening an Affiliate Manager position for a fast-growing project within our portfolio. The role may be based in Belgrade (on-site) or performed remotely. The main objective of this position is to drive the development and management of affiliate partnerships as the business continues to scale.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming
- Knowledge of CIS GEOs and market dynamics
- Experience sourcing partners and maintaining a personal database of webmasters
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to evaluate traffic performance and ROI
- Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Russian
