Job Description
Head of Affiliate role to build and lead affiliate direction from scratch, launching affiliate program, building team, developing partner network, and managing traffic.
Requirements
- 2+ years as Head of Affiliate / Team Lead
- Proven experience building affiliate programs or teams
- Strong experience in international partner acquisition
- Experience working with Tier 1 / 2 / 3 markets
- MUST: experience in media buying
- Strong understanding of traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Russian fluent, English - A2–B1 or higher
