Job Description
The City of Fort Worth is seeking an Economic Development Coordinator to implement strategies that increase Fort Worth's competitiveness in target industries and promote innovation in key districts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Economic and Community Development, Urban and Regional Planning, Urban Studies, or related field
- Four (4) years of experience in economic/community development, real estate finance, or related field required
- Strong project management skills
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Established track record in negotiating high-value/high-profile projects
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CoStar, Lightcast, Census and Bureau of Labor Statistics databases
