Assistant Director

The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) seeks an Assistant Director to oversee the Data Processing Quality Assurance (DPQA) and 311 units, reporting to the Deputy Director of Administrative Services. The Assistant Director will be responsible for reviewing and processing applications, managing unit operations, supervising staff, and developing internal systems and policies.
