Job Description
The Office of the General Counsel of Legal Affairs is recruiting for one Agency Attorney II to provide legal assistance to HRA and DHS program areas, draft legal documents, and represent the Commissioner in judicial proceedings.
Requirements
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar
- Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
