Job Description
The NYC Department of Finance's Collections Division is seeking a Business Tax Manager to oversee the Business Tax Call Center staff in resolving outstanding judgment debt.
Requirements
- Supervising and directing the Business Tax Call Center staff
- Resolving outstanding judgment debt
- Providing great customer service
- Communicating with DOF colleagues and sister agencies
- Reviewing staff caseload and determining follow-up actions
- Assisting staff in debt resolution and dispute resolution
- Utilizing collection data to determine best actions
