Job Description
The Center for Health Equity & Community Wellness (CHECW) is seeking a Health Education Associate to manage and expand health education programming for the East Harlem Family Wellness Suite (FWS). The role will involve developing a comprehensive portfolio of health education programming, recruiting and vetting prospective speakers/vendors, and managing promotion and recruitment of the health education programming.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- 2 years of experience in community work or community centered activities
- Certification as a Certified Lactation Consultant or interest in pursuing this certification
- Bilingual (Spanish)
