Girls Forward Leadership & Mentorship Cohort Coordinator

The Girls Forward Leadership & Mentorship Cohort Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Leadership & Mentorship Cohort, a program that provides girls with opportunities for personal growth through leadership workshops, mentorship, community service, and career exploration.

Requirements

• Experience working with youth, preferably in mentorship, education, sports, or youth development programs
• Interest in girls' leadership, empowerment, and youth development
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate logistics, communicate with partners, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfort facilitating group activities and supporting workshop-style learning environments
