Job Description
The Impact Manager leads a team of AmeriCorps members to implement City Year's Whole School Whole Child service model in Orlando's schools. The role involves program implementation, corps member development, and service partner management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, Social Work, Urban Studies, Youth Work, or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience with and ability to work with principals, assistant principals, and teachers
- Demonstrated ability to work with and lead diverse teams of young adults
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, time and project management skills
