Senior People & Culture Partnership Across Our WA Portfolio. Provide high-level People & Culture support to operational leaders, ensuring a majority onsite workforce is empowered, engaged, and aligned with Civeo's strategic direction.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Industrial Relations or related field.
- Significant HR Generalist experience in a blue-collar, fast-paced environment.
- Leadership or team coaching experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret industrial instruments and employment law.
- Experience managing performance issues, complaints and investigations.
