Job Description
The HELOC Loan Processor is responsible for managing post-approval processing activities for Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) applications. The role involves communicating with members, ordering due diligence, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely closings. The position is critical to ensuring lien perfection, regulatory compliance, and timely closings.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of HELOC or mortgage processing experience
- Strong knowledge of home equity lending documentation
- Familiarity with HELOC compliance and due diligence requirements
- Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS) and digital document platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
