This position is located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology, Fort Campbell, Tennessee. The job is responsible for providing independent preventive, therapeutic, and comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, collaborating with physicians, and serving as project lead or associate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of obstetrics/gynecology healthcare.
Requirements
- Degree: A graduate or higher-level degree from an accredited professional nursing educational program in Midwifery
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
- APN Licensure: A current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse in the specialty of Midwifery or related specialty from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
- One or more full years of professional nursing experience which includes ordering and interpreting lab results, managing labor and childbirth, and prescribing medications
