Job Description
The All-Boy's house residential Youth Mentor is dedicated to the direct supervision of adolescent boys in a short-term transitional living program. Youth Mentors cultivate a safe, healthy, therapeutic, nurturing and caring home environment that is supportive of each participant’s individualized needs, social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) – Required
- Experience working in Human Services, direct client care, or working with children/ youth – Required
- Must have valid driver’s license - Required
- Professional written and verbal communication skills - Required
