Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
- Background in Fintech, Banking or SaaS within the Mexican market.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Expertise in pipeline management and forecasting using Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to fast-changing, high-growth environments.
