Implementation Specialist

ClassWallet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the successful integration of their solutions for valued partners. This is a consultative leadership position where the individual will own the project lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary lead during the critical first phase of the customer lifecycle
• Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and up-selling during the implementation phase
• Anticipate potential roadblocks in the onboarding process and propose creative solutions
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
• Act as the "voice of the customer" for the Product and Engineering teams
• Design and deliver high-impact training webinars and on-site training sessions
• Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and other internal tools
