Clean Harbors is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join the Environmental Sales team. The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for handling crucial clients, developing and executing critical programs to deepen relationships, and expanding the share of wallet.
Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Corporate Accounts
- Develop and advance a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the Company
- Use insight and consultative selling techniques to coach customer stakeholders
- Anticipate and adjust to the Corporate Account's changes
- Manage communications between key stakeholders and internal teams
- Negotiate contracts with the Corporate Account
- Establish and oversee internal budgets
- Plan and present reports on each Account's progress and goals
- Proactively resolve key customer issues and complaints
- Analyze customer data to deepen customer relationship management
- Deepen existing business relationships by increasing the Account's satisfaction
