Clean Harbors is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join the Environmental Sales team, handling crucial clients and responsible for all aspects of the Corporate Account strategy. The role involves expanding share of wallet, penetrating new and adjacent opportunities, and driving Clean Harbors to be an indispensable partner to premier customers.
Requirements
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Corporate Accounts
- Leverage professional network and current client relationships to develop new business opportunities
- Develop and advance a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the Company
- Anticipate the Corporate Account's changes and adjust accordingly
- Negotiate contracts with the Corporate Account and establish a timeline of performance
- Proactively resolve key customer issues and complaints
- Analyze customer data to deepen customer relationship management through valuable insights and action plans
- Deepen existing business relationships by continuing to increase the Account's satisfaction with ownership of contractual service requirements
