HPC-Industrial is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, and provide quality services to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry
- Prior supervisory experience
- RCRA certificates
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management
- Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in service line
- Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Win Web (HPC Software)
- Current certification as an authorized Company driver
- CDL and forklift, and backhoe certified
