Requirements
- Proof changes, additions, and terminations paperwork
- Perform data entry of transactions
- Import hours for weekly payroll
- Monitor Collective Agreements/unions and initiate changes to payroll vendor
- Prepare tax and 401K contribution transfers
- Generate reports
- Calculate and process manual checks, wire transfer requests, and retro-active payments
- Maintain sick & vacation records and balances
- Initiate stop payment and recall of direct deposits transactions
- Complete employment verifications and transactions
- Perform reconciliation of deduction and monthly payroll reconciliations
- Prepare W-2s/T4s at year-end
