The Payroll Administrator is responsible for computing payrolls, processing transactions, and preparing forms and reports. This role involves data entry, record maintenance, and report generation, with a focus on customer service.
Requirements
- Proof changes, additions, and terminations paperwork
- Perform data entry of transactions
- Import hours for weekly payroll
- Monitor Collective Agreements/unions, Prevailing Wage/SCA
- Prepare tax and 401K contribution transfers
- Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports
- Calculate and process manual checks
- Maintain sick & vacation records/balances/accruals
- Initiate stop payment and recall of direct deposits transactions
- Complete employment verifications/ROE's
- Perform reconciliation of deduction, weekly processing, monthly payroll reconciliations
