The Payroll Administrator is responsible for computing specified payrolls, processing transactions, and preparing forms and reports.
Requirements
- Proof changes, additions, and terminations paperwork
- Data entry of transactions
- Import hours for weekly payroll
- Monitor Collective Agreements/unions, Prevailing Wage/SCA
- Calculate and process manual checks, wire transfer requests
- Maintain sick & vacation records/balances/accruals
- Initiate stop payment and recall of direct deposits transactions
- Complete employment verifications/ROE's, unemployment forms, worker’s compensation forms
- Perform reconciliation of deduction, weekly processing, monthly payroll reconciliations
- Prepare W-2s/T4's at year-end
