Job Description
Clean Harbors is seeking a Program Manager to grow, maintain, and coordinate existing programs with an assigned region. The company offers comprehensive health benefits, 401K with company match, employee stock purchase plan, and opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Work with sales and operations to ensure all customer expectations are met
- Meet weekly with admins to go over unbilled, AR and pending branch items
- Help develop internal processes and system to align with customer PMO system
- Coach, mentor, motivate and oversee project managers as well as other team members and contractors
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents for large strategic projects
