As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving ClearEstate's mission by activating wealth advisors and managing client acquisition. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, making a tangible impact on the success of ClearEstate and the lives of families in need.
Requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners (financial advisors and credit unions) within the territory of Western Canada
- Achieve business growth by nurturing relationships and creating new ones
- Promote new and/or enhanced processes/tools
- Educate on ClearEstate's value proposition to existing/prospective partners and their clients
- Enable partner engagement by providing ongoing support, marketing tools, and content
- Increase referral frequency and retention by fostering strong partnership relationships
- Develop effective sales strategies to facilitate customer and partner expansion
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on brand and product development initiatives
