Job Description
The Director, Contracts will lead the contracting function at CLEAResult, overseeing a large, complex contract pipeline and ensuring contracts are commercially sound, legally compliant, and operationally executable. The role requires strong leadership experience and expertise in contracts management, legal operations, and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in contracts management, legal operations, or commercial negotiations
- Proven ownership of large, complex, multi-year contracts
- Direct experience with utilities, public agencies, state and/or federal government contracts
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing others
