General Manager (ANC)

Clear is hiring a General Manager for their Anchorage, AK location. The General Manager will be responsible for leading and driving daily operations, employee engagement, and fostering an environment of exceptional security and customer service experiences. Key responsibilities include building stakeholder relationships, managing day-to-day operations, and driving overall strategy to achieve KPIs and metrics. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, and customer-facing environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, and customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated, positive, and passion for fostering a great sense of teamwork
• Prior experience managing both salaried and hourly employees
• High standards, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others in an ever-changing environment
